Justin advises publicly traded companies, privately held businesses and investors on all
types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions,
leasing, development and management.
When not working with clients, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, supporting
Vanderbilt athletics and flyfishing in Montana.
Justin also actively invests in commercial

Big box and in-line retailers, non-profit organizations, restaurants and healthcare

Justin represents clients in their commercial real estate leasing initiatives in a variety of
real estate asset classes, including medical office, industrial, office, and retail, and in the
purchase and sale of commercial real estate properties. Justin provides a unique
perspective in advising clients on their commercial real estate leasing and transaction
initiatives as his previous experience, in addition to his law practice, consisted of
commercial real estate development for a national retailer in a business capacity
supporting its growth strategy in the development of new retail stores.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two
