When not working with clients, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, supporting

Vanderbilt athletics and flyfishing in Montana.

Justin also actively invests in commercial

real estate in the Nashville area.

purchase and sale of commercial real estate properties. Justin provides a unique

initiatives as his previous experience, in addition to his law practice, consisted of

commercial real estate development for a national retailer in a business capacity

supporting its growth strategy in the development of new retail stores.

Prior to law school, Jennifer spent 15 years in the corporate sector in marketing,

Shelby represents clients in various types of real estate transactions, with a strong focus on commercial leasing. She has significant experience working with national and local clients, negotiating on behalf of both landlord and tenant to manage risk and limit

exposure. Shelby’s leasing practice includes healthcare real estate, mixed use,

retail/restaurant, general office and industrial space.
